Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients to arrange to sample and schedule 3D printer demonstrations, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience.
- Address and resolve support-related queries by liaising with the technical support team, and providing timely updates and solutions to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and the status of ongoing support cases.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services during client interactions.
- Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest 3D printing technologies and support protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Exceptional fluency in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion abilities and conflict resolution skills to effectively address client concerns and foster positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of selfmotivation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A keen interest in technology and willingness to stay informed about the latest trends in 3D printing.
