Day shift


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients to arrange to sample and schedule 3D printer demonstrations, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience.
  • Address and resolve support-related queries by liaising with the technical support team, and providing timely updates and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and the status of ongoing support cases.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services during client interactions.
  • Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest 3D printing technologies and support protocols.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Exceptional fluency in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion abilities and conflict resolution skills to effectively address client concerns and foster positive relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of selfmotivation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A keen interest in technology and willingness to stay informed about the latest trends in 3D printing.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
