Responsibilities:
- Proactively call customers and check for their interest in our product
- Identify the reasons for nonpurchase and offer alternatives or deals to ensure maximum conversions
- Chase deals with customers until they are either closed, dead or turned into Paid customers
- Work closely with other sales team members for sales closures
- Coordinate smooth postsales handover & transition
Role Requirement:
- 6 months of experience in the field of Sales working with customers directly or on call.
- Excellent Communication skills in
English OR Hindi
- Ability to extract and maintain sales reports on Excel.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
