    Purpose Statement
  • Develop and strengthen the System Management implementation so as to improve overall organisational performance and achieve superior results. Initiate and drive change in the form of designing and deploying ERP system by aligning key stakeholder to procedures and processes that result in distinctively measurable productivity gain.
    Key Role & Responsibilities
  • Support System Excellence Manager in coordination/ arranging meetings / Follow up to close the change request
  • Identifying system gaps with respect to approved AMS guidlines and understanding and validating the business requirements wherein systems can support the business process for improving efficiency, reliability of the same.
  • Coordinate with the internal stakeholders for project exection and maintain documentation of the same. Ensuring all stakeholders are updated about the project updates and project status.
  • Performing system testing before releasing the system for user testing and ensuring closure of all the test issues.
  • Preparing user manuals for the support projects and CRs being managed by him/her.
  • Conducting end user trainings majorly for upgradation projects and refresher trainings.
  • Ensuring that the required project related documentation is comprehensive and updated at all times.
  • Being the first point of contact for any system realted issues which are highlighted by the end users.

Experience

  • 5 to 8 Year to Exp in SAP support / Project
    Relevant Industry
  • Should have provided support to end users in SAP MM or PM module
  • Should have domain experience in procurement field (preferable)
  • Knowledge of more than 2 IT system / third parth softwares is desired
    Qualification
  • BE / B.Tech.
  • MBA in Operations (preferable)
    Certifications/Trainings
  • SAP MM certification (preferable), PMP certification (preferable)
