Knowledge/Skills required:


  • Overall workexperience of 4+ years within Payroll operations
  • Should haveinteracted with Employees as part of Payroll Admin Exp
  • Should haveworked as / experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained orimprove bottom associates performance
  • Experience inhandling simple & medium complex Payroll transactions within Hire to Retireprocess.
  • Ability tocommunicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to dayoperations.
  • Must be ableto work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, andsatisfy commitments.
  • Strong writtenand oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels ofthe organization
  • Knowledge offederal, state, and local tax regulations including their respective websites,forms and procedures is a plus
  • Multistatetax and compliance reporting experience.
  • Stronganalytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail withan appreciation of complexity and risk
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skillswith the ability to create simple solutions
  • Desire to work in a fastpaced,highgrowth startup environment
