Job Overview


As a TV Producer, you will be responsible for coming up with ideas and selecting scripts for the TV shows.

You will also be responsible for hiring Actors, Directors, and other team members. You should be able to prepare budget constraints as per the needs.

Responsibilities

  • Introducing new ideas and concepts for Television shows.
  • Hiring Directorto give a vision to the concepts.
  • Sourcing and securing finance for the project.
  • Acquiring rights from script owners.
  • Supervising the Executive Produceron the TV sets.
  • Organizing shooting and production schedules.
  • Choosing Actors according to the script requirements.
  • Working with the Legal team to discuss copyright provisions.
  • Supervising the entire projects from the beginning to postproduction.
  • Preparing timelines and budget constraints.
  • Holding a meeting with the Director to know the progress of the show.
  • Troubleshooting any problems that arise on the TV sets.
  • Delivering the finished project before the assured time.
  • Ensuring compliance with the health and safety of the crew members.
  • Negotiating with the TV broadcasters and distributors.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Film, Production, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience working in the Mediaindustry as a TV Producer, or a similar role.
  • Ability to work for a long period of time.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to solve problems on the TV sets promptly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to make concise decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • A keen eye for details.
  • Exceptional organizational and people skills.
  • A creative and hardworking individual.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
