Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm's freight transportation services. Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.
Knowledge in handling Ex-Works Shipments.
Very Prompt and active body language in handling the customer.
Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target
Contacts with
NVOCCs and thorough knowledge about different sectors.
Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs
It is important that they can work and contribute in a team oriented environment

Perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses

Maintain consistently positive interactions to nurture customer relationships
Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers
Day to day Freight and market updates
Have good understanding of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
