Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as upkeep & maintenance of all Buildings & Infrastructure
  • Vendor Management, AMC negotiations & regular interaction with them
  • Security Management
  • Courier Management (Internal & External)
  • Oversee running of Guesthouse, Guesthouse Maintenance & Allotments (if any)
  • Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations
  • Budgeting and Cost-Control wherever possible
  • Monitor Housekeeping
  • Cafeteria / Pantry / Canteen Management (if any)
  • Chemical Process (Pest Controlling)
  • Handle Petty Cash / Petty Purchase
  • Vehicle Management System & Employee Transport Management (if any)
  • All matters related to Agreements Policy Rent, Electricity & Brokerages
  • Liaison with Regulatory Bodies / Police / other Civil Authorities
  • Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and
- hotel reservations

  • Maintaining MIS, records & completing audit procedures of all admin. Bills Telephone, Mobile, Property, Electricity etc., Prepare a Monthly Admin Expense Account
  • Maintain Stationary Stores, Collection of Demands, processing & placing of PO
  • Vendor Management System, Reconciliation, Payments & Bill Passing through SAP
  • Contract Labour Management
  • Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
  • Knowledge ERP a preferred skill
  • A minimum of 57 years of experience in handling all plant related administrative activities
  • Hands on experience in Site & Workmen planning.
  • Proficient with Labour Laws & Management
  • Applicable knowledge of facilities and vendor management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy
