We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at our Company located in Prahladnagar.

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to support our company's growth and success.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 03 years of experience in recruitment or HRrelated roles.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
