Teleperformance is immediately hiring for the role of Resolution Expert.


Shifts:
Rotational shifts


Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer support experience to the customers over the phone.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
  • Customer Care Representative must have excellent communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and a selfstarter.
  • Customer Care Representative must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

QUALIFICATION: 12th or above


Experience:
Minimum 6-month documented experience is required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹23,000.00 per month
