JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensuring that a preventive maintenance program and warehouse functions comply with all regulatory agencies

Plan, organize and direct all production activities

Initiate plan and process which determines, clarifies and exceeds production goals

Create production schedule and workflow duty assignments

Recruit, hire, orient/train and retain production front-line supervisors and employees

Lead an ongoing world-class production orientation program

Strive to continually improve manpower utilization to align with production process in order to positively impact revenue

Supervise the receipt of incoming material shipments, verify that appropriate receipt and quality control inspections are completed in a timely manner and that appropriate transactions are made to complete the receiving process

Ensure that materials in the warehouse are stored properly, inspected and cared for through accepted material handling and warehousing principles

Supervise staging of materials to support timely delivery of materials, prepare shipments of items as required and prepare materials for processing to scrap
