RESPONSIBILITIES:


Guest Check-In and Check-Out:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Check-in guests efficiently, ensuring all required information is obtained.
Process check-outs, handle billing, and ensure accuracy in guest accounts.


Reservation Handling:
Assist guests with room reservations, changes, and cancellations.
Verify guest information and preferences.


Information and Assistance:
Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.


Payment Processing:
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately.
Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.


Room Assignments:
Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability.
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.


Security and Safety:
Follow hotel security procedures, including verifying guest identification.
Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.


Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with other hotel departments.
Relay guest requests and special instructions to relevant staff.


Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
Generate reports as required by management.


Loyalty Programs and Upselling:
Promote the hotel's loyalty programs and encourage guests to join.
Offer additional services and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Hotel Management is a must
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is often preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation and front office software (e.g., Property Management Systems).
  • Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services for guest recommendations.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
