Role & Responsibilities -

  • Maintaining a healthy database, pipeline of potential hires and plan BacktoBack hiring.
  • Managing End to End recruitment.
  • Ensuring timely decisive closure on Recruitment and Bulk Hiring Recruitment activities.
  • Maintaining Various Source mix and CPH.
  • Drafting selection mails, rolling out the offer letter for internal employees, retaining and building relations with new employees, reference check and verification.

₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
