Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Executive to join our team at Flipkart.

As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.


Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver goods from the Flipkart warehouse to customer locations within the assigned area

Verify the contents of each shipment against the delivery note and ensure that the correct items are delivered to the customer

Collect payment from customers, if applicable, and issue receipts for the same

Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and payments received

Report any discrepancies or issues with shipments to the appropriate authorities

Follow all safety protocols while handling and transporting goods

Provide excellent customer service to all customers


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Basic computer skills

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Prior experience in delivery or logistics preferred


Salary:
Up to ₹11,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paradip Garh, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
