Customer Care Back Office Associate - Digital Marketing
Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Back Office Associate with one year of experience in digital marketing, your primary responsibility is to support the customer care team by handling administrative tasks, data management, and back-office operations related to client inquiries and service requests.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the customer care department, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately enter and update client information, inquiries, and service requests in the customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated databases.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, issues, resolutions, and followup actions, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and documents related to customer care activities, including call logs, ticket summaries, and performance metrics.
- Generate standardized reports or adhoc analyses as requested by management to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure customer satisfaction.
Process Support:
- Support the customer care team in processing client service requests, account updates, and billing inquiries according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, billing, and technical support, to facilitate smooth resolution of client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct periodic audits of customer care records, documentation, and data entries to verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement and communicate findings to the customer care supervisor for corrective action.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or backoffice operations, preferably in a digital marketing or technologyrelated industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with CRM systems or database management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor in handling client interactions and correspondence.

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, processes, and business requirements in a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
