Roles and Responsibilities:
- Effective communication: Interact with clients using strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Client interaction: Communicate with clients in a professional manner, upholding a high level of professionalism throughout.
- Client status updates: Collect status updates from different department teams and relay them to clients promptly.
- Document verification and collection: Verify and collect necessary documents from clients as per company requirements.
Requirements:
- Commerce Background:
- Knowledge of Company Legal Documents
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and basic Arabic.
- Immediate Joining
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
