Job Title: 2D/3D Architectural Designer

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1.

Conceptualize and Design:

Translate architectural concepts and sketches into detailed 2D and 3D visualizations.
Develop and refine design concepts based on project requirements, client feedback, and industry standards.

Modeling and Rendering:

Create accurate 3D models of architectural structures and environments.
Produce highquality renders and animations to effectively communicate design intent.

3.

Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

4.

Stay Current on Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in architectural design and visualization.
Integrate new tools and techniques into the design process to enhance project outcomes.

5.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate and organized design documentation.
Ensure that all design files and documents are uptodate and easily accessible to team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
Proven experience as a 2D/3D Architectural Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools like V-Ray.
Strong knowledge of architectural principles and design aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
