Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire international freelancers for our Forex and Comex signal provider company.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Handle daytoday HR tasks, such as employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR documentation.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Able to manage activities from Screening to onboarding.
- Excellent English communication with Fluency & interpersonal skills.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
