Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct aggressive outbound calling to potential B2B clients in the agricultural commodities sector.
- Identify and nurture leads, exploring opportunities to expand our client base.
- Engage in effective negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients.
- Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to tailor pitches accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an MBA degree from a reputable institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a hunger to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Prior experience in B2B sales of agricultural commodities is desirable but not mandatory.
- Fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
