Responsibilities:


  • Conduct aggressive outbound calling to potential B2B clients in the agricultural commodities sector.
  • Identify and nurture leads, exploring opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Engage in effective negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of an MBA degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a hunger to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales of agricultural commodities is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
