1. Need female Telecallers (Female) for Real Estate.- Proven experience as tale caller representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Able to finish given task on daily basis
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers.
- Identify Customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the land.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
Qualification:
Any Degree
- Should have good command over Telugu/English/Hindi.
- Should have Pleasing Personality.
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Should have Excellent convincing Skills.
Benefits:
Salary - Rs.13,000 to Rs.15,000/- Plus Incentive
