Graduate Fresher Customer Service - International Chat Process


Position:
Chat Operator


Job Type:
Full-Time


Location:
Andheri, Mumbai


Shift:

  • US Shift (Any 9 hours shift between 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM)

Salary:
Competitive in-hand salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 INR


Requirements:


  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
  • Should have good grammer.
  • Flexibility to work in US shifts as per business requirements.
