Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our paper manufacturing operations. You'll lead a team, ensure safety, maintain quality, and optimize production processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise production team, ensure safety compliance.
  • Plan schedules, monitor efficiency, and manage resources.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Train and develop staff, maintain records.
  • Enforce quality control standards.
  • Manage inventory and raw materials.
  • Identify process improvements.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in paper manufacturing.
  • Leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in production software.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
