Roles & Responsibilities

This role is responsible for continuous shrinkage monitoring of Warehouses. The job holder acts as a communication hub during an emergency, crisis situation and supports business continuity.

This job relies mostly on vigilance officers who are on outsourced rolls like security guards, agents etc.

Maintenance of Vigilance Officers and monitoring of their Checklist and circulation on the same daily basis.

Highlight the non-moving near expiry stocks & ensure the clearance of the same

Ensure Damage & Expiry approvals and removal happen every 10 days against the target of 15 days -100%.

Ensure Damage and Expiry clearance in warehouses as per the norms - 100%.

Uphold security standards as set forth by the company.

Proactively identify and investigate potential and actual violations of safety standards and develop means to minimize risk / threats.

Supervise Security agencies to protect company property and premises against internal & external threats.

Conduct security, inventory, Cash, audits and inspections to reduce security risks and threat at sites.

Ensure proper documentation in the department for audit purpose.

Salary:
₹195, ₹339,791.91 per year
