Customer Service assistant(International Voice Process)**



EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
FRESHER (entry level)

Salary 2.64LPA + Cab Facility + Shift Allowance

HSC with 6 months of experience in Customer Support are eligible.

PG/MTECH/MBA FRESHERS - Please Don't Apply

Previous in hand salary more than 18k are not eligible.

Excellent communication skills

Fresher graduates are eligible.

Knowledge and Skills Required:


Communication Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate follow customer's issues without distraction to resolution
  • Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently

Computer Knowledge/Skills:


  • Ability to use a desktop computer system
  • Excellent typing skills
