Description
Objective
  • Manage the VMware infrastructure
including the VMs and Linux operating system and databases


Responsibility -

  • Manage the VMware infrastructure
  • Manage the VMs and its Operating systems mainly Linux
  • Manage the database, database backups
  • Work on resolving the issues and changes in the abovementioned VMware infrastructure, VMs and databases.

Competency

  • Must have
  • Minimum 2 years work experience on VMware vCenter, ESXi, VMs administration
  • Minimum 2 years work experience on CentOS, RHEL or any other Linux administration
  • Experience or knowledge of any databases management and configuring backup

Nice to have:


  • MariaDB and MongDB work experience or knowledge
  • Understanding of clusters in general
  • Knowledge of Jira tool and Agile methodology concepts
