Client Servicing & Pre Sales Executive

Inmantech DGi is hiring for the position of Client Servicing & Pre Sales Executive.


Joining - Immediate


Roles & Responsibilities -


You will be a part of the Operations team that offers solutions in an innovative manner to our digital clients.


Primary:


  • Act as the main point of contact between the agency and client.
  • Should be able to study competitors and target markets and come up with new solutions for existing clients.
  • Meet (online/offline) clients for review presentations or idea discussions.
  • Brief agency colleagues and work with them to plan and implement the best digital media solutions for the client.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Handling financial issues with the client, and timely estimation collection.
  • Maintain daily interaction with the client and internal teams.
  • Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
  • Review advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding the marketing of goods and services to determine the best way to promote products.

Pre Sales:


  • Should be able to talk to the new inquiries and run the sales process.
  • Should understand the client's requirement and problem to find the right solution.
  • Should be able to research clients' products/ services, study the competitors and target markets and come up with a Digital Marketing Plan.
  • Should be up to date with trends of digital marketing w.r.t different industries/platforms.
  • Meet (online/offline) clients for briefings, and pitches and present proposals to clients for approval.
  • Should be proactive in following up with the client for approvals
  • Should be responsive to client queries

Skills:


  • Knowledge about Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads & basic terminologies about Digital Marketing is a must.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, a clear communicator, in person and in writing.
  • Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft office.
  • Able to present ideas.
  • To lead relationships through adding value to brands and driving results for clients.
  • Needs to have leadership abilities to lead a team and to show the ability to put in smart work and focus on deliverables.

Salary:
As per Industry Standards


Location:
Open to working both from home and our office in Hyderabad (Abids)
