Summary:

The Controller is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This includes preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and providing financial analysis and insights to the management team.

The Controller will also work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that the company is meeting its financial goals.

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
Manage cash flow and ensure that the company has adequate liquidity
Develop and manage the company's budget and forecast
Provide financial analysis and insights to the management team
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Oversee the accounting department and ensure that all accounting records are accurate and complete
Comply with all applicable accounting and financial regulations
CA degree with 35 years of experience
Worked in a startup environment or Big 4 (Good to have, not mandatory)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understand ERP softwares
