Responsible to ensure availability and working condition of HW Materials for Project on time
Proactively trigger replacement or new HW requirements and track to getting it in hand
Collaborate with different project teams to ensure all HW requirements are met
Organize and Train other colleagues to use and replace HW for seamless tracking and maintenance
Maintain inventory of HW Materials with all required details
Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and installation tasks on the equipment's according to available standards.
Maintain documents, reports, equipment manuals, etc. pertaining to mandatory audits
Handle PMO responsibilities for Projects and Customers

Qualifications
B.E (Mechanical or Electrical) OR MBA

3 to 6 years of work experience handling responsibilities as Hardware Coordinator or Hardware Maintenance Engineer and PMO
