Description
**Roles & Responsibilities:
- **1) Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.

2) Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.

3) Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

4) Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.

5) Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

6) Responsible for storage of food, beverage, cleaning equipment, cleaning solutions etc.

7) Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.

8) Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

9) Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.


10) Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD's) and approved by Branch Head depending upon the Restaurant Operations procedure.

11) Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.

12) Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory/Materials Management System.

13) Post all invoices using the MMS - Material Management System.

14) Speak with others using clear and professional language.

15) Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.

16) Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.

17) Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.

18) Assist the Accounts Payable Clerk / payable assistant in finding out any cost discrepancies.

19) Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.

20) Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.

21) Work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.

22) Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.

23) Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.


Prerequisites:

1.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2.
Proficiency in MS office
3.
Experience in storing, issuing, shipping and receiving materials and supplies
4.
Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system
5.
Experience implementing goods receipt/issue procedures

Education:


  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Familiar with Point of sale systems, MS office, Property management systemsetc.

Experience:

  • 5 years of work experience in Food & Beverage gained from a reputed Hotel or Restaurant.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
