Requirement:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and call center technology.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customercentric attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers.

Salary:
for freshers

- upto 25000 and for experienced
- upto 35000
