Description
Yard Inventory management - Monthly reconciliation of Inventory for all containers (Export, Import & Empty)- Coordinate with Reach stacker operator and supervisor for accurate inventory management.
- Plan and coordinate with all internal departments for monitoring of RS productivity.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in terms of inventory location.
- Update Gate In, Gate Out & Yard location updation on live basis.
- Response to internal & External customer on the status of the request like examination, destuffing, Warehouse movement etc.,
- Random sample audit on daily basis to ensure accuracy of the inventory.
- Maintain complete MIS related to Yard activity.
- Continually review, identify and introduce improved operating procedures and systems.
- Ensure correct and safe working practices in the CFS
- Generating daily reports & circulate to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide time to time feedback to all stakeholders.
