Description

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Sound knowledge of all freight forwarding products (Air Import/ Export & Ocean Export & Import), Custom Clearance.
Good knowledge of the Local Market and Competitors.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent customer focusing skills.
Good team player, possess good Leadership skills: able to direct, supervise and manage a Sales Force

Achieve Sales budgets, Implement Sales Processes

Sorting out customer related issues / handling escalations

Delivering the budgeted GP every month.

Follow-up with customers for payments.

Ensure that all invoices are submitted and approved by customer before due date so that payment can be cleared within credit period.

Work with the Branch/Product team/Sales Team to create pipelines to support Trade Lane Development program.,

Ensure account receivables are in line with organization norms

Work with the product group to create sales tools to achieve budgets.
