The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive and deliver on performance management reporting and analytics through highquality executive deck.
  • Engagement with senior stakeholders like TB CFO, TB CEO and TBMT members.

Business

  • Manage endtoend delivery of Cash Product reports for Group TB
  • CCIB, including review of key reports to senior management (MBR, Monthly Flash and Outlook, IR related deliverables, Corporate Plan and other key strategic deliverables).
  • Carry out assessment of impact of changes in rate curve assumptions on TB Cash PL.
  • Build and demonstrate understanding of the FTP framework and its financial implications.
  • Manage the change and business impacts of FTP policy, providing business insights to address FTP implementation and issues.
  • Support commercialization related to FTP framework, OPAC treatment, interest rate and liquidity risk profiling.
  • Build Awareness and understanding of bank's data architecture and collaborate with relevant Digital MI teams to solve for Analytics requirements.
  • Work closely with Accounting, Standard Reporting, and Planning and Control Teams.
  • Understanding the financial processes end to end and quick in understanding the ad hoc requirements with ensuring quality and TAT of the output.

  • Driving process improvement, efficiency and resolving core business issues in the team.
  • Ensure highest quality of the reports produced by the team, whilst being on top of relevant processes and timelines end to end.
  • Continuously reviewing all processes to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Continuous improvement in Productivity to drive the efficiencies in the team.

People and Talent

  • Stakeholder management and escalation handling.
  • Working with the other team leaders and across the Global Financial Service functions to ensure cooperation and smooth operations.

Risk Management

  • Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all the times.
  • Review various financial processes done by other GPO teams, ensure that the quality is not compromised and be on top of all financial activities end to end
  • Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting, Management reporting, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis, Headcount reporting, Efficiency tracking, Accounting and Closing and other FP&A activities.

  • Compliance with all applicable Rules / Regulations and Company and Group Policies.

  • Have worked in Financial Planning and Analysis, Variance Analysis, Stakeholder management, MI Reporting.
  • Experience in managing / mentoring individuals and nurturing relationships across stakeholders.
  • Ability to culturally orient in diverse and international team environment and lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
