1. Great listening skills in order to understand the brief carefully

  • Capacity to convert a written concept note into stunning visual designs.
  • Capability to work on multiple software to generate different design formats
  • Ability to design for different use cases and formats. E.g. different design approaches for desktop viewing vs. mobile screen viewing.
  • Ability to understand design from a user's viewpoint.
  • Ability to create clutter free and visually well-organized designs.
  • Willingness to learn new softwares to design for different formats
