We are seeking a talented and creative Mixologist to join our team at GNG Developers.

As a Mixologist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for mixology by creating innovative and captivating cocktails for our guests.

You will be responsible for crafting unique drink recipes, experimenting with flavors, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and prepare unique and visually appealing cocktails with exceptional flavor profiles
  • Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu that aligns with our brand and customer preferences
  • Stay updated with current trends and techniques in mixology, incorporating them into your creations
  • Collaborate with the beverage team to ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks
  • Engage with guests, make recommendations, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and ingredients
  • Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders when necessary
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Mixologist, creating and serving highquality cocktails
  • Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, ingredients, and trends
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and appealing drink recipes
  • Strong understanding of flavor profiles and the ability to balance ingredients for harmonious flavors
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Relevant certifications and training in mixology are preferred
