As Project Manager, this role will be responsible for acting as SPOC (single point of contact) for project activities in the Learning Solutions sub function.

Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution
Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc.
Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations
Facilitate best practices in project management to comply with the firm's standards
Effective risk management
Identify process and product improvement opportunities
Successful project issue resolution (internal and external)
Manage multiple, simultaneous projects endtoend
Manage project billing, utilization, and resource allocation
Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
Manage project teams effectively and get the best out of them
Accountable for project deliverables and managing the project team
Strong organization and leadership skills with the ability to drive new learning processes
Proficient in client expectation management
Exposure to working with international clients will be advantageous
Wellversed with the latest trends and technologies in learning
Knowledge to develop high quality technical and strategic presentations and documentations

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications -External

Ability to communicate across organizations and with various levels of management
Project Management experience in IT/ elearning/ or related industries
Knowledge of elearning development life cycle
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Wellversed with Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools
At least 812 years of experience in project Management experience in IT
At least 46 years of Project Management experience in elearning and content development
Ability to maintain good relationship with the clients while successfully managing the schedule and scope of the project
