Technical Sales Engineer - Entire Gujarat & Northern India - Male only

Experience - 2 years to 4 years

Reporting Location - Gujarat (Either Ahmedabad or Vadodara)

Key Responsibilities:


Product Knowledge:


Prospect Identification:


  • Identify and target potential customers and industries that could benefit from our default products.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Client Engagement:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively listening to their requirements and providing expert advice.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.

Needs Assessment:


  • Collaborate with clients to assess their specific needs and challenges related to air quality control and exhaust systems.
  • Recommend appropriate default products to meet client requirements.

Solution Proposals:


  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, including technical specifications and pricing, to prospective clients.
  • Address client inquiries and objections effectively.

Sales Cycle Management:


  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing deals and contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Customer Support:


  • Provide exceptional aftersales support, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams as needed.

Reporting:


  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales targets.
  • Share insights and market feedback with the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or systems sales.
  • Strong product knowledge and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
