Technical Sales Engineer - Entire Gujarat & Northern India - Male only
Experience - 2 years to 4 years
Reporting Location - Gujarat (Either Ahmedabad or Vadodara)

Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge:
Prospect Identification:
- Identify and target potential customers and industries that could benefit from our default products.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, actively listening to their requirements and providing expert advice.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their specific needs and challenges related to air quality control and exhaust systems.
- Recommend appropriate default products to meet client requirements.
Solution Proposals:
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, including technical specifications and pricing, to prospective clients.
- Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing deals and contract signing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional aftersales support, addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams as needed.
Reporting:
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales targets.
- Share insights and market feedback with the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or systems sales.
- Strong product knowledge and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
