Description

Bachelors degree would be preferred with 4+ years experience of proven project management experience, with an emphasis on leading cross-functional projects and success in Delivery.

Experience working as a Product owner having experience in leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Working experience required in designing and writing clear and crisp user stories, Able to share and convey upstream and downstream dependencies and paving way for alignment
Experience working within SAFe agile development methodologies.
Excellent written, oral communication skills to enable relationship building with key partners

Demonstrated willingness to take initiative, work independently, and have flexibility to support global markets and work across different time zones.

Ability to Connect the Dots of complex and unrelated info to summarize and able to communicate the solution is simple words,
Ability to drive results in a dynamic and ever-changing priorities.
Strong sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines and deliverables.

Interpret business strategy and requirements to determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation
Requirement grooming with various stake holders Journey Design and Leading the requirements to closure to create a frictionless journey.

Write User stories, Coordination with upstream and downstream Systems, Work with Testing teams for test case scenario and UAT signoffs.

Design new solutions and presents findings with recommendations to leverage current capabilities, existing software services and emerging technologies in new ways.

Assists in creating Product solutions and optimizations proposals for existing opportunities & new capabilities.
