Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Quality Planning: Understand client expectations on delivery performance, value delivery, quality, productivity etc and develops an account quality strategy and related plan in consultation with Account leadership team and aligned with account strategy
  • Process Management: Define account specific delivery processes and/or tailor org processes to meet account execution objectives

End Process Deployment:
Consistent deployment of processes across accounts and drive compliance to standards, enables account on this aspect

  • Change management / Process transformation: Drive process transformation at account level and drive transformation towards innovation and continuous improvement
  • Risk Management: Identifies early warning and trouble projects and help projects to respond to risks on delivery aspects.
  • Enhance client Experience: Drives improvements in execution capability of the account and project level innovation and thereby enhance client satisfaction
  • Metrics, Analytics and Bench marking: Drives metrics dashboards on delivery performance, related analytics to facilitate decision making and provides industry and competition perspectives on delivery performance and quality aspects
  • Solution/Contracts: Provides inputs and participate in reviews

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • This role manages the execution of the CRM Quality Assurance steps, for feebased, services proposals and their resultant projects within a business unit, in compliance with the World Wide Quality Assurance/Management Discipline (WWQA/MD).
  • As an independent reviewer for feebased, services engagements, they assess and make recommendations to influence the viability, risk, project management, profitability and customer satisfaction in services solution design and delivery.
  • They provide advice and counsel to project managers, line managers, and executives regarding opportunity bid decisions, risk mitigation and containment, proposal quality, project health, and business management practices and procedures.
  • The employee Influences the functional strategy.
