Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Relations Specialist role located in Jaipur.

The CRS will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, Customer Retention, customer service, and providing excellent communication to customers.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Support skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Computer and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.51 per month
