Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare & lead monthly meetings of our network
Be the referent concerning the analyzes
Organize training in the different processes of the program for newcomers (Countries and Business Organizations), the network and all the people concerned by this program.
Ensure the development of the network
Analyze and improve the quality of the data transmitted.
Provide a monthly monitoring table
Schedule, facilitate the organization of monthly O meetings and ensure the participation of the various country and business actors.
Manage the followup of the process following the various discussions around this program.
Manage with the different actors the resolution of malfunctions and Work Around Process
One of the objectives would be to make you progress throughout this Alternation.

Ability to work in a cross-functional multi-organization program context

Ability to work on the cross-functional program (interactions with Finance, Supply Chain, countries / global marketing teams)

Cross-functional management experience

Work in a varied database context (price data, product data, etc.)

Our ideal profile:
Bachelors or diploma in computer science or equivalent.

Prerequisites:

English is mandatory and French is a plus
Results oriented
Very good analytical and communication skills
Creative person with a very good team spirit
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and pricing is a plus
Office/computer knowledge (Microsoft programs especially excel as well as the Access tool)
