Roles & Responsibilities:
- New business development involving prospect development
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
- Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
- Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development
- Ability to conduct BTL Activities.
Skills:
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong analytical, networking and management skills.
- Resultdriven with experience of extremely target centric job
- Confident and persevering risktaker who thrives in a highperformance highgrowth environment
- Selflearners with high grasping ability
- 24 year of sales experience in B2B Sale
