Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Retail

Responsibilities:

Handle the recruitment process of the company which includes end to end hiring for Stores and Head Office.
Screening profiles & taking telephonic interviews & then conduct face to face interviews with the respective department.
Handle preselection formalities i.e. background verification/ employee resignation and verification in last company etc.
Conduct HR induction, preparing training plan, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Handle employee engagement activities

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills
Graduation / Diploma / Degree in HR
24 years of experience in retail recruitment
A clear understanding of the endtoend recruitment lifecycle processes
