Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
  • Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
  • Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
  • Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight
  • Good Communication
  • Ability to convince customers
  • Assist customers with all their queries
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills

Educational Qualification:
Any UG / PG Degree (With or Without backlogs)


Salary:
First 3 months 15000 take home + incentives + OT allowances

After 3 months 1500 boost up, so take home will be incentives


Note:
Upon completion of 6 months and on being eligible for conversion the CTC change would be 2.75LPA


Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between)


Working Days: 6 days of Working and 1 Day Rotational Off (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
