    Description

    About this role:
    Wells Fargo is seeking a Process EngineerIn this role, you will:

    Develop and lead process design or improvement initiativesUtilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide dataBe responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutionsWork on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunitiesConsult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for considerationEffectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadershipInterpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:
    2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationJob Expectations:

    Celonis Process Mining Knowledge, PSQL query writing skills.
    Understanding in Business Process ManagementExperience in Lean Six Sigma methodologyEffective business communication to interact with business stakeholdersAbility to interpret business need into applicable process mining analysisExperience with data visualization and analysisAbility to learn a foundational level of a coding language (PQL)
