With a master's degree in production development and management from Jonkoping University, my academic journey has been deeply immersive in the intricacies of modern manufacturing methods and production systems.

During my two years of study at Jonkoping University, I delved into a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip students with a profound understanding of manufacturing processes and strategies. This included rigorous coursework covering topics such as flexible and reconfigurable production systems, lean six sigma principles, process planning, project management, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Data Management, Inventory Management, and sustainable manufacturing practices.

My academic endeavours were not confined to theoretical frameworks alone. I actively engaged in practical projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and enhancing system performance. I undertook projects with industry partners, such as the analysis of system constraints and buffers at SCANIA, Oskarshamn. This experience allowed me to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios, honing my problem-solving skills and deepening my understanding of production dynamics. Furthermore, my thesis focused on exploring levels of automation related to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Småland region. This project involved in-depth research, theoretical analysis, and practical benchmarking exercises, providing me with valuable insights into real-world manufacturing challenges and opportunities.

During my professional journey I have demonstrated proficiency in managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from creating comprehensive documentation including Work Instructions, Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, and Control Plans, to initiating and managing continuous improvement projects aimed at cycle time reduction, line balancing, and process optimization.

My expertise lies in Electric Vehicle (EV) battery manufacturing, where I have led projects focused on battery pack assembly and validation, cell testing, and Battery Management System (BMS) validation. Notably, I achieved significant reductions in pack testing cycle time and successfully scaled up plant capacity, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity. I have a proven track record of integrating new products into operations, implementing dashboards for production monitoring and material availability forecasting, and guiding teams in adopting lean principles and new methodologies.

My proficiency in change management processes, validation studies, and cross-functional team alignment, coupled with my commitment to ensuring product quality through the development of Product Quality plans and adherence to APQP principles and PPAP procedures, positions me as an asset in driving quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
