Any Graduate with about - 4 years experience in Purchase Department. Diploma in Materials Management will be an added advantage. Experience in Construction Industry is preferable.

Collection of Quotes
Negotiations of Rates
Preparing Comparative Statement
Ensuring Materials are delivered at Site / Store.
Receiving Bills
Cross Checking Bills with the Purchase Order
Getting Approval of the Concerned Department to which the Materials have been issued.
Forwarding the Bills to Accounts
Ensuring that Payment is made to the Vendor / Contractor as per terms in the PO.
Documenting all POs / Receipt Notes / Payments in ERP

Applicants should have a two wheeler and a valid driving license. Applicants should also be prepared to join at a short notice.

Salary:
₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
