Deliver value through continuous improvement of conditioning process of

equipment such as Pallets, Crates, and Utility boxes at company's warehouses
and those at customers (on-site) location in the region, based on defined
processes and leveraging best practices available globally or locally.

Ensure quality assessment of equipment pool, conditioning manpower training,

and safety at all locations.

Ensure complete control of 5M
Manpower, Material, Machine, Method, and

Money through close coordination with reporting Manager.

Adherence to SOP.
100 % predispatch inspection before every dispatch and inspection at the time of

equipment return
- . Ensure submission of all reports within given timelines.

Maintain the health of machinery/tools.
Able to do effective planning.
Maintain stock of all assets and consumables for better planning.
Open to learning and implementing new ideas and processes.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
Should be confident, processoriented with good interpersonal.
