Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Edge Bending Machines to bend metal or other materials according to specifications.
Operate Boring Machines to drill holes in metal, wood, or other materials as per production requirements.
Utilize Cutting Machines to precisely cut materials to specified dimensions and shapes.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to understand project requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and sharpening tools, to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve production targets.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator with a focus on Edge Bending, Boring, and Cutting Machines.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Ability to set up and operate Edge Bending Machines, Boring Machines, and Cutting Machines efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
Basic troubleshooting skills to address machine malfunctions.
Knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment used in metal or woodworking industries.
Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy materials when required.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Machine Operator, especially with Edge Bending, Boring, and Cutting Machines.
