Requirement:
1. 3-4 years of experience in the Marketing and Sales of Chemical Industry.

• Proficiency in English Language-written and oral
• Graduate
• BSc Preferred/MBA/PGDM/MF
• Knows to operate computer
• Ability to meet Monthly targets.
• Identify potential customers
• Building plan to acquire new opportunities with existing customers and retaining existing customers.
• To be able to communicate well and do timely follow ups with the customers.
• Send quotations as required
• Assisting the sales manager
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for new customer acquisition.
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing. at optimal levels
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, customers in pipeline status to management for strategic decision-making.
• Transition of customers to Technical Services team responsible for post-sales technical and operational support.

Team Management:
Build and develop a high skill team to provide adequate. business results to the organization

• Meet the sales target expectation and doing the required documentation
• Understanding the market and negotiating techniques to achieve the required target
• Looking at logistics and coordination for payment and dispatch and delivery against customer purchase orders.

Salary:
₹8, ₹43,725.21 per month

• Weekend availability
