Sample Coordinator-Female

Responsibilities

  • Seeing to the sample request and following up.
  • Sending WhatsApp intimation.
  • Maintain a proper record of sample (Manually as well as on Excel sheet)
  • Proper revert to customers.
  • Seeing to the Invoices process and proper tracking of samples.
  • Quality check of samples on daily basis.
  • Attending and responding to the customers care number.
  • Take sample feedback from customers.
  • Setup showroom on a weekly basis.
